• Account credentials, only if the app requires an account to function

Information collected automatically

• Crash reports and diagnostic data to help us fix bugs (via Apple's built-in crash reporting)
• Aggregate, anonymised usage analytics to understand which features are used (only where enabled and disclosed in the specific app)
• Device type and iOS version, solely for compatibility purposes

Information we do NOT collect

• Precise location data (unless an app's core feature explicitly requires it, in which case we will ask for your permission)
• Contacts, photos, or media (unless the app feature requires it and you grant permission)
• Any data beyond what is described in the specific app's in-app disclosure

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Operate and improve our apps
• Respond to your support requests and feedback
• Fix crashes and bugs reported through diagnostic data
• Understand how features are used so we can improve them
• Comply with legal obligations where required

We will never use your data for advertising profiling, targeted ads, or any purpose not listed here.

🤝 Sharing Your Data

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted services that help us operate (e.g. email hosting for support replies). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
• Apple: As our distribution platform, Apple has its own privacy practices governing App Store interactions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.

🗂️ Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for:

• Support emails are retained for up to 2 years to maintain support history
• Crash and diagnostic data is automatically purged on a rolling basis
• If you request deletion of your data, we will action it within 30 days

Deleting the app from your device removes any locally stored data immediately. If you also have an account with us, contact us to request full account deletion.

🔗 Third-Party Services

Some of our apps may use third-party SDKs or services. Where they do, we will disclose this clearly within the app and/or its App Store listing. These may include:

• Apple frameworks (CloudKit, StoreKit, Sign in with Apple) — governed by Apple's privacy policy
• Analytics tools — only privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics; never individual tracking

Each app's App Store page contains an up-to-date Privacy Nutrition Label listing all data types collected for that specific app.

👧 Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Where an app is specifically designed for younger audiences, we will comply with applicable regulations including COPPA and Apple's guidelines for kids' apps.
